uST technology is presented at the international conference TRILOGY
Unitsky String Technologies Inc. participated in the 14th annual international conference TRILOGY that was held as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Guests and participants of the event learned about the advantages of uST technology. Also, during the conference, Deputy General Director for Marketing of uST Inc. Evgeny Petrov reported that the company continues to work on the project of uST transportation and infrastructure complex in the Leningrad region.
Based on the results of negotiations with the regional administration, the region's interest in implementing the project was confirmed. At the same time, due to the prospect of the project, UST Inc. rejected the concession format of a public-private partnership to construct the first part of the string rail overpass along the Bugry – Lavriki – Murino – Devyatkino metro station route.
“During a working meeting with the committees of the Leningrad Region Government, we proposed to replace the concession as a form of public-private partnership for the implementation of the route without the use of Leningrad Region budget funds. High projected transportation volume and fast self-sufficiency make the project attractive for investment. Several major credit organizations have already confirmed their interest in it,” Evgeny Petrov told at the session ‘Digital Transformation of the Transport and Logistics Industry’.
The TRILOGY conference is the leading congress event in the transportation and logistics industry in the North-West of Russia. Conference proceedings and recommendations of its participants are submitted to the Ministry of Transport of Russia and presented at conferences and business meetings of international level on the issues of transport infrastructure and intermodal transportation.
